1. Appointment Cancellation

Users can cancel appointments based on the rules defined by service providers.

2. Cancellation Time Limit

Cancellations must be made before the scheduled time slot.

3. Charges

Some providers may charge cancellation fees depending on their policy. Please note that only the doctor's consultancy/fee portion is subject to cancellation refund rules; platform fees, convenience fees, gateway charges, and GST are strictly non-refundable.

4. Subscription Cancellation

Users can cancel subscriptions anytime, but no refund for unused period unless stated.
